Chris Porter

Chris Porter has been a long time music and event industry professional - most notably working on various festivals, concerts, and special events (including for many years booking Seattle’s Bumbershoot Festival).  However for an even longer period Chris’ life has been immersed in sports - both as a participant and a spectator.  Growing up in the Boston area, he’s been part of the passionate sports community there which includes being a Boston Bruins fan since the age of 4.  But being a Seattle resident for over 20 years has certainly had an effect on Chris and he is super excited and focused to be a dedicated Seattle Kraken fan as well.  With his experience in college radio, podcasts, and other media, Chris brings much knowledge and energy as host and co-founder of Kraken Fancast.

Ice Hockey Player

Jim Cockrill

Seattle born, living in T-town for the majority of my life. Grew up with the Totems and have seen many teams/leagues roll through the Puget Sound basin over the years.

Hockey player/coach (still got wheels!) …Been waiting longer than most for an NHL franchise. Bruins are my blood, Kraken is my home. Let’s talk some hockey.

Nathan Gunderson

Quick Story,

Nathan is a husband and father of 3. He is a big hockey fan, when Las Vegas joined the NHL , Nathan was an avid fan. However when Seattle was awarded a team, he quickly made the decision to devote his love for the Kraken. He loves the fanbase in the northwest and joining this podcast gives him the opportunity  to share that with others.
